This privacy policy (“Policy”) (together with the terms of any agreement between us and a customer (“Customer”) to provide services aims to give the Customer and all data subjects (“you”/”your”), whose personal information is provided to us by the Customer in the course of providing our services, information on how we collect, hold and process such personal data on our Workbench software platform at, (“Platform”).

We will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a manner that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law. Where we receive personal information from a Customer in relation to you in the course of providing our services, we expect the Customer to have complete responsibility for ensuring that the contents of this Privacy Policy are brought to your attention and that the Customer has obtained your consent in the process.

It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

When a Customer purchases our services, the Customer’s acceptance of this privacy policy is deemed to occur upon entry into an agreement with us.
